Restaurants
The parsonage pops up again as a favourite restaurant. It has fabulous indoor and outdoor spaces. The inside dining room has a fine collection of artwork on the walls. I love it.

There are lots of other great eateries in Oxford. Pubs of course, ethnic food and even a great fish restaurant. I won’t mention them all here.

Transport
Catch the open top bus from outside the station and have a one hour ride around Oxford’s sites as part of your day. You may even get a live guide.
It’s a really great way to get right up close to some of the gargoyles and other decorative features of Oxford’s architecture.
